What time does the sweeper pass?
Depending on your street, the sweeper will either come by in the AM or PM.
Does the Street Sweeper Pass on Rainy Days?
Maybe. Heavy rains will cause street sweeping to be canceled. Light or sporadic rains may allow the sweeper to still sweep.
